CLOTHING HIRE INFORMATION

Stay warm, dry and comfortable during your visit with our convenient on-mountain clothing hire, available from the Lake Mountain Rental Shop. Whether it is your first snow experience or you are returning for another season, we have a range of snow clothing and boots available for hire to help you make the most of your day. Hire on arrival or book online in advance for added convenience. Please note that online bookings reserve the selected product category only, and all items must be collected and fitted in person.

• All rental items must be collected and fitted in person from the Lake Mountain Rental Shop.
• Rental bookings reserve the selected product category only and do not guarantee a specific size, style, colour or brand.
• Our staff will provide the closest suitable size available if your preferred size is unavailable.
• Weekends, public holidays and school holidays are peak periods, and some sizes may become limited.
• Arriving early is recommended to minimise delays.
• Longer wait times may still occur during busy periods.
• Online bookings can help reduce transaction times; however, wait times may still occur during busy periods.
• Rental items are hired for the day of purchase only and must be returned before leaving the resort.
• Customers are responsible for hired items during the rental period. Charges may apply for lost, stolen, unreturned or damaged items.

For hygiene reasons, we do not hire gloves, socks, goggles or beanies. These items are available for purchase from our retail store.

Rental Hours
The Lake Mountain Rental Shop is open daily from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. All hired items must be returned by 3:30 pm on the day of hire.
